I have - and it's brilliant :-). Not least the impact of freaking out guests that we're putting meat on the fire - but the sauce is amazing - there's some weird chemistry that goes on that somehow delivers an incredibly flavorful experience without blowing your head off with spice (I have been known to double both the garlic and the jalapeños ;-p)
