Turned this week’s post into more of a research overview and decided to break out insights/solutions for next week. No one here will be surprised by #2 but trust me it’s almost blasphemy in the culinary world.

Super interesting first article - I hadn't thought of culinary creators through that perspective and yet - of course :-)  The monetization dilemma is real - add in to that generative search and reducing web traffic - I suspect substack (or similar paywall) is going to be inevitable.
