What’s stopping you from using stablecoins instead of Venmo/Cash App? Privacy? Security? Getting friends & family setup w/ wallets? All three?

Taxes and off-ramp for everyday use. I moved money from the UK to Canada using Wise (super cheap) because I can then actually spend the CAD, unlike USDC. Otherwise I need to pay the spread / fee to convert USDC to CAD.
