Workout update: Tempo Month Thursday: Trapbar Deadlifts (5x) Tempo: 3sec up/2 hold at top/3sec down Round 1: 135lb Round 2: 225lb Round 3: 315lb 🥵🌶️ Round 4: 135lb Corrective exercise: Deadbugs (8x) *in betweeen sets What did you do for your workout today? Note: this is my last workout until next Friday. Getting all four wisdom teeth out tomorrow 😩. I will still cast movements of the day though 💪🏾
