You shouldn't need to sell, because you should never hold spot. It's idle capital and the root of all evil.

Not really much to say since it isn't that hard.

If you hold 2 ETH in spot, you should sell it and buy 2 ATM call options on ETH. Take the rest of the cash and do crypto lending markets or AMMs for yield.
