Network States

Today we have nation states.
Tomorrow we will have network states.

The transition will not be people migrating physically first. But digitally first. They will choose a dual citizenship (nation/network), physically being aligned with the nation and digitally with the network.

It will be very controversial.

Has millions of citizens.
Changes the world.

The big winner how? I would think that everyone who wants to form a network state and succeeds in doing so will be winners.
