my first and last job will be in crypto ive also been remote this whole time literally don’t know what it’s like to have daily office time or how normal industries are like is this an advantage or disadvantage?

Potentially a disadvantage. You don't know how good you have it. I don't know anything about you, but I've worked with kids who don't know how blessed they are, and it makes them kind of shitty. As long as you're practicing gratefulness and humility, though, then you're gold.
