Do you like the UX of long tweets in the X / Twitter mobile app?

If there’s just one long tweet it’s ok, when it’s a convo or thread of multiple long tweets the UX is awful because I have to click every tweet to read it

That's true, but I feel it's a problem with the implementation. There probably should be a button that just expands the entire thread and all the tweets within it, and also, expansion should always happen in the page rather than opening a new page. This applies for both the app and the website.
