Training log, regional open mat with 60-70 BJJers: 20ish 4 min rounds playing open guard sweep/sub/pass—mix of gi/no-gi—broken up by 3 instructionals on guard passing, retention and north-south/darce chokes. Great to be exposed to such diversity of experience, style and physical characteristics.
