Imagine a world where harnessing the power of generative art doesn’t mean becoming a coder overnight, but simply describing your ideas clearly and watching them come to life. Picture this: - Digital painters can effortlessly scatter organic brushstrokes generated by code across their canvases. - Collage artists can instantly remix images into striking new compositions. - Photographers can create new editing styles that were not readily available in Photoshop. - Glitch artists can fine-tune and craft glitches with precision rather than relying on pre-built filters. - Video creators can incorporate algorithmically-generated visual effects and animations into their storytelling. This isn't just about a new tool; it's about empowering every artist to explore uncharted territory in their practice. Want to understand more? We’re excited to share soon. Stay curious.

We’ve experimented, struggled, and learned firsthand that bridging the gap between abstract creativity and coding logic isn't easy. But what if artists didn’t need to think in code at all? What if expressing your ideas was as natural as speaking them? We asked these questions at the beginning of the year, and the answers led us down a path towards something genuinely different.

Code has always been an artistic medium, often locked behind a steep learning curve. At Transient, we're rewriting the rules. Generative art has quietly influenced creativity since the 1960s, yet many artists still feel it’s not for them. Why? Because coding feels foreign, difficult, and intimidating.

Need to try out insomnia. I use postman or curl depending on what I need to do tbh. No strong preference.

I guess I’m looking at this first bullet in the ERC. But you’re right, eth_call isn’t a real tx. Was partly confusing myself there cause .call in solidity does send the tx lol.

I'm looking to integrate smart wallets into our app and a sticking point is the ERC-6492 signature validation. The ERC calls for the offchain verifier to deploy the contract if it's not deployed yet. Is there any way around this? I don't quite see how that scales? Any help appreciated!

I agree. It would have to be magical and still rely on the interplay with the chain. And it would need to be additive imo. Not taking away the original.

I think re-roll can mean anything 😂 Initially, thought it could be essentially a complete re-roll but it's on the same token, so it's not like supply is increasing. Another thought was something more like variants of the original mint. Still all on the same token though, so no extra supply.

There’s probably a bunch of permutations of this idea that look slightly different if implemented. Curious as to why you think it’d be dilutive?

What if you could pay to re-roll a generative piece you own after minting it but also keep the original mint?

This might be a hot take, but am I the only one who thinks Frames are cool but also really limiting at the same time from a UX perspective? The idea of building a frontend to do something and then you create a second, separate experience built around static images just for Farcaster doesn't feel totally optimized.

Gm! That’s a good question - perhaps I should have started with that lol. We use the term “dynamic art” to cover art that is interactive, changes with time, or even generative in nature. Basically anything that uses web technologies to form the artwork. I’ll add an examples section!

Been meaning to get this repository stood up for a while and finally found some time. If you're looking into getting into dynamic art, we've got some resources for you! Let me know how I can improve anything in here 🙏 https://github.com/Transient-Labs/tl-dynamic-art-examples
