Tasting notes from prior batch:
-needs much more garlic (4-5 heads)
-more dill
-added parsley
-added celery seed, allspice, fennel seed, more peppercorns, more mustard seed
-candy onion gud
-HOT PEPPERS BOIII

i.e. need to amp up the flavor
