Started incorporating partial reps into the lifting regimen. It’s over for y’all now. I generally work with compound sets to fatigue muscles and increase V02 max, but shoulders is less of that and just focused on primary movements alone. Today’s set: DB military press 3 sets 8-12 reps Standing Lateral DB raise to seated DB lateral raise SS 3 sets 8-12 reps Upright row smith machine wide grip 3 sets 10-12 reps FTS Cable Station Lateral Raise 3 sets 10-15 reps **no more front raises the front delts are already engaged during lateral raises I’ve learned Seated (bench) DB shrugs 3 sets 10-15 reps Stairs machine 10:00 mins First 5 mins at 65 spm last 5 mins at 80 spm
