Love the non-judgmental approach. I did something similar and found it to yield more sustainable change If you ever want to track this digitally, I used this lite weight app last year to track things I wanted to change (eg more time outside, less drinking, # of books read) and found it super helpful to have the data https://apps.apple.com/us/app/atracker-time-tracker/id522008611

Hmm I like the idea of historical data but don’t want to add more friction to these activities (need to open the app every time I want to track it) How did you navigate that tension?
