okay ngl interacting with a macbook after being in the AVP for hours does feel incredibly low fidelity

My AVP is coming in a few weeks. I’m in the market for a new computer and was thinking about getting an air and/or Mac mini but hesitant to spend the $$. Do you think AVP is a reasonable replacement to a laptop or desktop device?

Interesting. That's cool you've been able to replace your Mac with iPad Pro. I'll be curious to hear if you're able to replace the iPad with AVP. I feel like I'm still so dependent on my Mac that I won't be able to replace it anytime soon. But so looking forward to the day when I can work full-time in AR.

The AVP could potentially replace your Mac but only if you feel like you could reasonably replace your Mac with an iPad Pro. I have personally done this (don’t own a Mac anymore) and I’m excited to see if the AVP can replace the iPad as my main computing device 🙂

Good to know, thanks. I’ll prolly end up going w the laptop over mini. It’s going to be wild when AVP gets to a point where it is a reasonable replacement. An entirely new work paradigm
