I think we both can fall into that trap bc we love the 
big brain / systems stuff. Which has its merit don’t get me wrong. It is fun to wax poetic..but wax don’t pay the bills! (Unless you’re a candlemaker)

Will be good for us to keep this “but first, iterate” principle in mind as we continue to build

Granted my product experience is even more limited than my service experience (never brought a product to market), I can attest to the risk of solipsism or insular feedback loops before actually getting exposed to (and actually listening to) direct market feedback.
