get an Apple Vision Pro (if you have a mac). The screen mirroring feature allows you to effectively have the same set up no matter where you work. I was thinking about re-vamping my whole office setup (monitor, desk, chair, etc) before moving into working in the AVP mostly full time. Went with the latter and haven't looked back.

… i have one so this is promising but also embarrassing for me hahaha 🙈🙈🙈 do i just need to get fully onboarded in order to better use it? the screen mirroring wasn’t ideal for me but maybe i was operating at double digit IQ level when i set it up. open all pointers!!

It's definitely a bit of an adjustment but it's been worth it for me. Some pointers that might help make it click: -if you look at the keyboard when you type, work on sightless typing skills -improve window management using your keyboard (Raycast is great for this https://www.raycast.com/extensions/window-management) -work from a couch or reclining chair that has good neck support and also lets you put your legs up comfortably -put your laptop on a pillow or laptop table w/ cushion -have a flat surface nearby so you can easily reach things like your phone, water, etc -if you have a beverage, use a straw :) ... otherwise it's a pain in the ass to tilt your head to drink while using AVP
