Do you have any tips for wedding speeches? I'm very bad at these, so I feel like I'm going to be fumbling as usual 😬

-keep it between 5-7 mins (less is more)
-choose mostly sentimental or mostly humor/roast 
-keep inside jokes to a minimum
-pick an overarching theme/quality and tie anecdotes back to that
-practice it out loud at least 10 times
-don’t drink too much beforehand
-speak slow and from the heart
-have fun and cherish the honor
