things i wish i did sooner that have significantly improved my quality of life: - writing what im grateful for each morning - not saying yes to every single thing ever incase it disappoints people - going for walks - eating whole foods - prioritising sleep - lifting heavy + doing my prehab exercises - listening to my body and learning when to stop what about you?

love this list, emma! 💪 starting to say "no" more often was a game changer for me too. also, yoga's been a life saver for my sanity! 🧘♂️ keep it up!
