My name is Clayton. I am competitive, but mostly just with myself. Before startups, I played (online) poker full-time. I’ve won 45 tournaments. I’ve played over 3 million hands of poker. I played on the Magic: The Gathering Junior Super Series (2001-2003) and Pro Tour (2008-2009). I won the City Championships for the state of Iowa in 2008. I won the (unofficial) state championships for Halo in 2002 & 2003. Today, my gaming focus is Fantasy Top. I think it's literally the best crypto game I've ever played. I'm ranked 3rd in the world and will likely win $100k+ this year from playing it at the highest level. PS I've open sourced my strategies to the game. I've co-built a tool for the game that helps players find the best hero (card) for any deck, now used by almost 10% of the game's players. I've onboarded over 50 players to the game so far.

this is such an interesting story! would love to learn more about your most fascinating poker games - for e.g. have you gotten royal flush in your 3 million hands? how many wins on just the high card?

Cheers! I've gotten 4 royal flushes (3 in no limit texas holdem and 1 in pot limit omaha). Thousands of wins (and losses) on just high card from boring check downs and trying to pick off bluffs. When people ask me about the easiest way to spot a recreational player from an experienced player, it's usually in your bet sizing (stack-to-pot ratios). ðŸ¤
