I have worked with tons of (lovely) Indian and Chinese ppl that immigrated to USA after immigrating to Canada because that was easier than immigrating directly to USA, lol. Canada's not such a white country this century. tbh I would love a Canada-USA union.

Half of my in-laws are ethnically Chinese, and immigrated here from Canada from South Africa. I’m aware of the demographics, but there is 0 chance that information will impact American politics.

It's distasteful for the President to make "jokes" like "we should take over/back wherever" but I do think they're all just jokes.

Well Canada doesn't want to be part of the USA, and it is probably Canada's choice as they are a sovereign nation. I guess Trump could always declare Westphalian Sovereignty to be a thing of the past? heh
