btrfs is toasted for archival nodes: latest erigon cannot keep up with mainnet on 2xRAID0 SN850X (100k/30k r/w IOPS) NVMes ... moving to LVM managed XFS

No -- not a fan of locking the kernel to a certain release. Supposedly, the culprit is the added baggage in CoW filesystems. Better to cherry-pick the features with LVM. Going to also try adding a RAM cache in front of the NVMEs using LVM to see if its just erigon. I know its an archival node but game is hard.
