The challenge is that when people wake up, it is already too late and a lot of community that made London great has moved elsewhere.

london is lindy, not going anywhere

will get worse in next few years for all the above reasons, but will rise again once people wake up and stop with the woke / socialist nonsense

Brexit screwed up the UK's unique position as being the entry point to the EU. stock market is also weak so no incentive to for companies to IPO there. Public safety is also an issue that's true maybe since its now also affecting the uber rich the gov might actually take action.

It's a non-issue if you're losing billionaires who don't want to pay their fair share, but gaining smart people who increase the overall wealth & services of the wider population.

UK is distinctly losing on that too (unlike others in the list) because of Brexit.

There's nothing really complex about it. 

They replaced ethnic British with a bunch of 3rd world rapists, and now their city sucks.
