Often the issue is that for CI/CD you need secrets like API keys. Any decentralised network implies untrusted operators. They would just steal your keys. This is very tough nut to crack.

100%, I'm curious if there is some sort of zk computational solution but I doubt it because the secret has to be assembled for execution
