Often the issue is that for CI/CD you need secrets like API keys. Any decentralised network implies untrusted operators. They would just steal your keys.

This is very tough nut to crack.

Trusted computing is holy grail of server hosting. However it has not been cracked in the last 30 years, so it is unlikely it will work tomorrow either.

100%, I'm curious if there is some sort of zk computational solution but I doubt it because the secret has to be assembled for execution
