Agree on MaxEB and PeerDAS. Those will be big improvements. 

Strong disagree on raising L1 gas limit substantially and deprioritizing solo/small validators. Ethereum’s credible neutrality can only be maintained by maximizing independent validators. And high throughput execution should be on L2 anyway, so not convinced that’s needed on L1. 

Agreed, that being said, the gas limit can safely be raised where light weight validators won't drop off, his own company is doing research how to do it. This series is a great read so far
