first introductory session with the new therapist is complete! she essentially made a map of my family tree and added notes about some of the experiences and dynamics involved it seemed like she had a lot of wtf moments, and was impressed that i’m even functioning in society after all that me too, tbh. i’m excited to get deeper into it next week!
