Today I’m going to cook some pointed cabbage. It’s one of my favorite types of cabbage. I first discovered it here in Germany, and I think we don’t have it in South America. The taste is lighter than regular cabbage, and it pairs well with other vegetables. I’ll probably add some carrot and potato and make a sauté. Eating healthy, real food has been a part of my life for more than a year, and it’s made wonders for me.

The shape is so fun! I'm happy to hear about your healthier diet and new fave foods. 😊 Eating healthier has introduced me to a bunch of new veggies and ways to prepare meals. And I feel and look better.

I eat mostly plant base. 100% at home. When I’m out, I’m a bit flexible and eat vegetarian - some cheese or eggs. I cook a lot of beans, lentils, chickpeas. It is my main source of protein. And then I see what I can get fresh at the supermarket. I’m not a cook but I cook for me.
