Trump signs executive order creating a strategic Bitcoin reserve. The government is basically promising not to sell the Bitcoin its acquired via relinquishment. There may be cases where bitcoin can be acquired in a budget net-neutral fashion, assuming this doesn’t impact taxpayers. Historic day although he seems a bit reluctant. “Well we promised right.”
