surprised how often i still hear “but why will they have value?” when suggesting token designs that are on the memetic side of the spectrum 

there are many different ways to create tokens people want, and making one that just feels good to own because of the belief system that it represents is a very valid and fundamentally important one

yea the thing is that the belief systems are often more flimsy than people realize when price is going up, so that's usually the perspective behind this question
