how does the deltagraph receive and validate the blockchain data?

my mental model is prob completely wrong, but I was trying to understand why I can't just pass a fake rpc url that returns the blockchain data I want

what's the cryptographic verification that I'm getting real OP mainnet data? why will other hubs reject those messages

This part is easy, it just talks to a blockchain node
