100 USDC to anyone who helps me get this resolved with Lyft they think i stole their bike, but really the docking station glitched. customer support is accusative and super unhelpful ideally by tomorrow cuz thats when they fine me 50 USDC for warm intro to someone who helps fix this @bountybot

Ugh.. i've been on this kinda situation before. You might wanna check their ToS first to make sure you didnt violate any of their terms. i assume you are true with your story. First, get an evidence to proof you aren't stole their bikes. If you didnt record it, I suggest you to come to find nearby building owner who has CCTV and ask them nicely to have the footage. Prepare your app log too.. Since online CS didnt help so much, Go to nearby Lyft office to talk to their CS office about your case. Ask them to check the station that glitched. (Mine was resolved in this point, they checked their station and they said there were a glitch in that station, they didn't fine me anything and i just walked by) If they didn't admit there are a glitch, you might wanna contact your attorney to file a sue for this case . ๐
