100 USDC to anyone who helps me get this resolved with Lyft they think i stole their bike, but really the docking station glitched. customer support is accusative and super unhelpful ideally by tomorrow cuz thats when they fine me 50 USDC for warm intro to someone who helps fix this @bountybot

If customer service continues to give you something that works, post your problem on Twitter or Facebook, tagging @Lyft and using relevant hashtags. Companies often respond more quickly to public complaints. The bicycles do not have a license plate or serial number, so you can confirm that the bicycle has not been stolen. Remember that you are innocent until proven otherwise.

Hi there! @grin Sorry you’re going through this, but I’m pretty good with stuff like this.. Since you’ve mentioned Lyft support has been unhelpful it’s best to just bypass them at this point.. If they do “fine” you dispute it with your CC company. Provide as much evidence (if you can) and they will reverse the charges, especially if you have AMEX.. In the meantime I’d also cancel my Lyft account and/or freeze whatever card is on file until this is sorted out.
