use aave, and to be safe you'd want double the amount you borrow. So $1500 or more to be extra safe. 
You'll always need to repay the $750 in order to get your eth collateral back.

You don’t really know on aave bcos the interest rate fluctuates depending on demand. You can check the current rate on the website but it is possible for it to change 
It’s usually around 4-5%
