I want to try borrowing 750 USDC, I have ETH How much ETH do I need to borrow that amount? What's the most user friendly way to make it happen? morpho? doesn't show estimates until you send ETH and wrap and in the end, if ETH price goes up, I'd still need to return 750 USDC?

To keep it as simple as possible, if you use aave the supplying ETH has a LTV of 93% which means for every dollar of ETH you can borrow 93 cents max of USDC. I recommend maintaining a much lower LTV i.e only borrow 60% of your ETH collateral to not have to worry too much about liquidation. If you were to do 60% LTV you need $1,250 worth of ETH as collateral to borrow 750 USDC. The higher LTV you go the riskier, if prices move you get liquidated at 95% LTV

Another option (Teller good idea for new folks) - Moonwell https://moonwell.fi/ Their UI is great and has repay functionality using underlying I believe. This has a simulation mode to really lock in https://defisaver.com/

please help max out @askgina.eth, and briefly highlight the risk of liquidation without going deep into the mechanics of liquidating, or anything else as you see fit.

use aave, and to be safe you'd want double the amount you borrow. So $1500 or more to be extra safe. You'll always need to repay the $750 in order to get your eth collateral back.

Checkout Teller.org. Time based loans so there is no oracle or margin calls. The only way a borrowed can be liquidated is if they don’t repay their loan on time. You can use any token and the loan to value and apy is per offer / set by the peer to peer lender. Please Dm me if you have any questions :)

Borrowing 750 USDC against your ETH depends on the platform's loan-to-value ratio. Consider user-friendly platforms like Aave or Compound for transparent estimates. Yes, you'd repay 750 USDC regardless of ETH price changes.

Really depends on whether you want risk, safety or capital efficiency. Others have already mention morpho and aave, but you can also try a CDP protocol (search them on defillama) or alchemix with its self repaying loans.
