my sony a7s has never worked with lightroom to direct capture

For my Sony personally always using Sony’s Remote software which downloads in a hot folder which Lightroom automatically ingests. Admit it’s a work around. Worked for some years with CO, but just like LR better in the end.

That's what I had to do to when we did computer capture in school. I was the only one in class with a Sony and the teacher was like "oh that's what you get for going with Sony"
