Ingredients:
Cooked rice
Zucchini
Spinach
Carrot
Cucumber
Green onion
Egg (fried or soft-boiled)
Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Cooking oil

4. Place the cooked rice in a bowl, then arrange the cooked vegetables and egg on top.

5. Add a spoonful of Gochujang and drizzle some sesame oil over the top.

6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

7. Mix everything together thoroughly before eating.

Steps:

1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables. Slice them thinly.

2 .Stir-fry each vegetable separately in a pan with a little cooking oil until tender. You can also add some thinly sliced beef if desired.

3. Prepare the egg, either fried or soft-boiled.
