Steps: 1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables. Slice them thinly. 2 .Stir-fry each vegetable separately in a pan with a little cooking oil until tender. You can also add some thinly sliced beef if desired. 3. Prepare the egg, either fried or soft-boiled.
