they are different brewing methods. iced coffee is made from espresso shots cooled. cold brew is when the coffee is steeped in cold water for hours and slowly filters over time. they result in a very different flavour. cold brew is much more laborious so for someone to sell ice coffee as cold brew is pretty rude :(
