Crypto Lawyers, Can we launch a class action lawsuit against the SEC for costing Americans citizens millions of dollars in missed token airdrops? I'm sure we could get enough people. Tell me why this is a dumb idea.

What have they done though? Teams are proactively blocking Americans because they are nervous. That's on them.
