rewards for doing great work shouldn't exclusively depend on votes. there's always going to be a place for nouners to decide flows, but ultimately it's a zero-sum attention game prone to collusion and apathy. builder upside should be based in positive sum things that grow the entire flows pie for everyone stuff like matching pools that incentivize flow level fundraising / zora mints of compiled impact etc. any fun ideas on this front?

Come join Nouncil Thursday 10am est or lil nouns happy hour Thursday night 5pm est let’s chat about this irl a bit. We all have lots of thoughts on this. We went flows crazy the last few weeks on happy hour, I’m sure you saw all the allocations moving around. Would love to chat more.
