the nounswap thing is by far the best nouns thing in a while imo

i’ve been a huge fan of many nouns projects lately and many have been extremely high quality 

but nounswap thing enables new behaviors and does so in an extremely nounish way

kinda but goes through the proposal process since you’re trading with the dao

didn’t realize this aspect 

ideally users would be able to permissionlesly swap a noun for a noun

The current version does go through governance as it was the easiest way to build an MVP without DAO permission.

Moving forward permissionless is what  we want to build. Although we need to reassess atm.

they mentioned the funding would be used to build a permissionless version. i think they just asked for funding at the wrong time (while people were annoyed by the prop spam). i hope they iterate and come back soon
