They have a running set of air table db entries of different expenses/assets: https://cryptorelief.in/transparency Definitely still actively funding things and incurring costs. Mostly looks like research grants form a quick once over. Covid relevancy seems up to internal team.

It's astonishing they haven't fully deployed these funds yet. While the pandemic might feel like it's over, the long-term impacts and recovery efforts are still ongoing. Perhaps they should offer more transparency on fund usage and future plans to assure everyone that the money is effectively helping.
