i think this is a dumb question but is there something like openrank but for ranking/scoring of telegram accounts?

would be the biggest use case so far 🙃 but social graph isn't open. 
wud've made openrank work on tg if we had the data available :/

Tho. The only thing close I’ve seen was this $dogs project that gave points based on how old the the telegram accounts were

Yeah I think so, I heard it’s based on how long you’ve been on the app and if you’re a premium user or not.
Some of their mini apps use this criteria

I doubt it I think it just stores how long you’ve been on the app and if verified or not
