i think this is a dumb question but is there something like openrank but for ranking/scoring of telegram accounts?

also afaik there are bot-nets running to call user api's and get as much data to resell to advertisers/spammers/scammers about accounts, so you could certainly get some data on tg accts, just not open source

also I was reading a pretty wild take on durov yesterday stating that telegram had an open api that let anyone retrieve private secret gc's (FSB)

pretty wild idk if it was just random conspiracy theorist but fyi
