Today marks first time in 8 months  I’ve been able to go HARD for 7 days in a row. 

Nagging knee injury seems to finally be resolved.🤞

What helped?

-Glucosamine and Chondroitin from Costco
-AstaXanthin from Costco
-Needles and cupping (first time I’ve tried, but does seem to work well to relieve joint pressure)

Moderate-to-severe symptoms.
