do you stretch after working out? here are some of my fave post workout stretches give these a try after gym or a run hold each one for 20/30 seconds each 1. forward bend 2. kneeling lunge 3. butterfly stretch 4. hurdle stretch - lean forward + side 5. figure 4 stretch 6. yogi stretch have a restful sunday! 😌
