I still use Illustrator for most of my work, but I am slowly switching over to Affinity Designer for vector design projects.

Because of ethics / price? The only software i would migrate to now would be Figma tbh

Affinity has similar features to Illustrator and its a pay one price instead of a subscription model. Figma has about 1% of the features I need for vector design work, it's not there yet for me.
