maybe it's different for you all, but I get <1% response rate on applications So I usually have to apply 300 times to get 3 interviews Love it when applications want me to write an essay on why I want to work there. I just don't apply

It's best to know someone. Other less obvious tips: Never apply for a job more than 7 days old. Apply on the company website as often as possible. And the most important tip, prayer 🙏
