Is the long term idea that each device running a FC client can act as a hub? Gossiping to share events etc

that would be ideal, but the reality is that most people use FC on mobile, and mobile devices can't p2p because apps are often terminated or paused for battery life preservation people will probably connect to a hub in the cloud (one they operate, or that is operated by a third party) which does the gossiping
