Feels like a dumb question but: are direct casts supposed to work on web desktop and mobile at the same time?

They work fine on my mobile app, and I see the conversations in my inbox on the web but clicking on them does nothing—only a blank page.

I'm on Arc 1.31 on macOS and still having trouble.

Just logged out, refreshed the browser page, logged back in, and still no dice when trying to open a conversation.

Any other tips?

I've also been having issues with the web UI not refreshing when new DMs appear. I've needed to close and re-open the web app before it starts showing up
