Feels like a dumb question but: are direct casts supposed to work on web desktop and mobile at the same time? They work fine on my mobile app, and I see the conversations in my inbox on the web but clicking on them does nothing—only a blank page.

Got it. I'm on Arc 1.31 on macOS and still having trouble. Just logged out, refreshed the browser page, logged back in, and still no dice when trying to open a conversation. Any other tips?
